Courtney Stamper

Mr. Stamper grew up in Houston and proudly calls it home. Throughout high school and after graduation, Mr. Stamper worked in construction where he learned the value of hard work and long days to get the job done.

Mr. Stamper went on to graduate magna cum laude from Texas Tech University. After college, he attended law school at Texas Tech University School of Law where he focused his education on criminal defense. While in law school, he clerked at the Dallas County Public Defenders Office and the Federal Public Defender Office for the Northern District of Texas. During his third year of law school, Mr. Stamper represented citizens accused of committing crimes through his law school's Criminal Defense Clinic. Based on his outstanding performance representing citizens accused, Mr. Stamper earned the Clifford W. Brown Award given by the Lubbock Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.

During law school, Mr. Stamper was recognized as one of the top student lawyers. His hard work and notable accomplishments earned him a membership in the prestigious Order of the Barristers - an award given only to a small number of students each year.

Mr. Stamper's other law school accomplishments include: ABA Arbitration National Champion, Criminal Defense Clinic CALI Award for Excellence, Board of Barristers Executive Board, intra-school Negotiations Champion, and others.

Mr. Stamper is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas. He is a member of Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, National College for DUI Defense, Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, and the Fort Bend County Criminal Lawyers Association.

Mr. Stamper has devoted his practice solely to criminal defense. He believes that everyone, regardless of circumstances, deserves to have their rights protected completely and aggressively. There are no exceptions.
